Cindy Meeteer Doyle and Bella
A native of Waynesboro, Virginia, Cindy Meeteer Doyle built a successful career as an artist and entreprenuer. In the 1970s, she and her husband, Rodger Doyle, were partners in Mad Anthony's, a popular a restaurant in downtown Waynesboro. Cindy has long had a passion to revitalize the downtown area and Stella, Bella and Lucy's has been both an idea and a dream of hers. Some of the fondest memories of her youth were of the downtown dress shops, theater and soda shops. She hopes that Stella, Bella and Lucy's becomes a new place for friends to gather, relax and create fond memories of their own. Cindy also participates in the area arts community, most recently serving as the Director at Large in 2011 and Director of the SAK program in 2012 for The Shenandoah Valley Center for the Arts. Her dog Bella, originally from Georgia, came to Waynesboro with her parents in 2009. Bella enjoys her daily walk with her mom and dad, spending time with family and adding to her growing collection of squeaky stuffed animals.

Barbara Boward Stratton and Lucy
Barbara Boward Stratton was born and raised on the Tree Streets of Waynesboro. Barbara, Cindy and Dale have known eachother since childhood and spent many days in the bustling downtown area of their youth. Barbara wants Stella, Bella & Lucy's to give downtown Waynesboro a new and different kind of place to meet and enjoy a fresh, simple menu. She has been painting for about 30 years and is pleased to have her original watercolors and acrylics displayed for purchase alongside a selection of vintage treasures within the restaurant. Barbara has three daughters, Elizabeth, Katherine and Mary Laura. Her Beagle, Lucy, is very special to Barbara and her family. Lucy became a part of the Stratton family just after they had a fire in their home. This sweet girl was the most wonderful diversion they could have asked for in such a difficult time and continues to be a daily source of joy.
